Beforreeee NYE, i made potato ball crisp w my mama and my cousin!!!

it taste soooo crunchy and yummy!!!

i saw it on the internet and decided to make one! it was easy to make it ≽^•⩊•^≼

(oh and i want to thank whoever made this simple recipe ◝(ᵔᵕᵔ)◜)

i don't rlly remember the measure, but i tried to share mine!!

here is it :

boil about 4-5 potatoes that have been peeled
after boiling, knead the potatoes into smoothness(?)--like a mashed potatoes
and here's what u need to add :

after that, stir evenly with the mashed potatoes
take a small amount of the mashed potatoes and make it into a small rounds ⏺
and then, fry the little rounds until browned
when it's done, serve it up and IT'S READY TO EATTTTTTT !!!!!!

it's funny cuz when i make that, i see the wrong amount of the salt, i thought it was 1 1/2 teaspoon daym. . . (˶˃⤙˂˶) it's kinda salty lol

it's so simple to make this, so i think it's worth to try it and to be enjoyed it together with your love ones hehe (๑>؂•̀๑)
