RODRICK HEFFLEY IS A METALHEAD NOT AN EMO BOY⚠️

    Hey gang this is my first blog entry!! I want to get into this a little bit because it seems pretty kewl. I really wanted to rant about this one random thing so ig I will.

    RODRICK HEFFLEY IS A METALHEAD, NOT AN EMO BOY. I've seen so many Rodrick playlists that include songs and artists like Teenage Dirtbag or My Chemical Romance and it's been pissing me off. In the second movie, Rodrick Rules, at the roller rink it shows him playing Cut Throat by Kittie over the speakers. (If you don't know who Kittie is, they're a rlly good nu metal band 😁) I've been reading the books a lot recently and Jeff Kinney wrote that he owns HEAVY METAL magazines and CDs. He would definitely like SOME emo and pop punk artists but it wouldn't be his main thing. Welp that's about it thanks for listening.

I also dk what category to put this in yikes!

edit: I now realize that I think that he would listen to a lot of genres bc in the movie there was a poster in his room of an indie band
