Every person on this site is allowed to have a custom username/Url that has a minimum of 3 characters. The only exception to this is An (spacehey.com/an) but he doesn't really count on the fact that he's the creator and owner of SpaceHey. You can only have letters, numbers, and underscores in your username as well, limiting us more.
Using this, the rarest profile usernames would be the ones that are the same three characters (aaa, bbb, ccc, etc.) I argue that the rarest username on this site is ___ (spacehey.com/___) just for the fact that it's the only unique character that this site allows. The second rarest would be 000 (spacehey.com/000). And the third rarest being either aaa (spacehey.com/aaa), xxx (spacehey.com/xxx), or 666 (spacehey.com/666) With these being the rarest, you'd probably want one of them. Well too bad, all of them have been taken and most of them are held by inactive accounts.
The next rarest would be the single number usernames (001, 002, etc.) The rarest of these is 001 (spacehey.com/001) just for the fact that it's the first number. All of these have been taken.
After these usernames the next rarest are the increasing 3 numbers (123, 234, ect.) The rarest of these ones being 123 (spacehey.com/123) just because it's the first one. I was able to snatch one of these ones, with my username being 678 (spacehey.com/678). All of them have been taken with 567 (spacehey.com/567) being the most recent one to be grabbed.
The next rarest would be the hundreds (100, 200, etc.) The rarest one of these would be 100 (spacehey.com/100). All of these are currently taken.
After these come the decreasing 3 numbers (321, 432, etc.) The rarest of these would be 321 (spacehey.com/321) just for the fact that it's the flip of 123. As I am writing this 765 and 654 are all up for grabs.
After all of the numbers would probably be the emoticons/faces (0_0, 0w0, etc.) Now, I don't feel like finding off of them but I would argue that the rarest of these would be 0_0 (spacehey.com/0_0) and OwO (spacehey.com/OwO). These also have similar ones (0w0 and O_O) but I consider these lest rare just for the fact that they replaced the 0s with Os and Os with 0s.
Now onto the more interesting ones, the three letter words/acronyms that actually have a meaning behind them. My personal favorite of these is gay (spacehey.com/gay). Now I can't search through all of them but here are some I found that are up from grabs: MLM (that's the only one I found).
Going away from 3 character usernames and instead the next rarest would be brand names. (Walmart, samsclub, etc.) The only one that I found that hasn't been grabbed yet is goodwill. The user with the username Twitter (spacehey.com/twitter) was actually suspended. My guess to this being that they were impersonating Twitter although I'll never know.
Next are the curses (fuck, shit, etc.) These are an interesting case as some of them have been suspended due to SpaceHey's no hate speech policy. I don't feel like going through all of these so you can find them yourself.
Rounding off this list are the nouns. These I'm sorting into two categories, proper nouns (America, Canada, etc.) and common nouns (frog, bug, etc.). The proper nouns are slightly more rare than common nouns just because they're actual names of things. As like the last 2, I don't feel like searching to actually find ones that are unused.
To summarize, the less characters there are in your username, the more rare it is although there are some nuances and whatnot. If you find any of them that I haven't listed then feel free to tell me. I honestly hope you enjoyed this little read as much as I enjoyed finding rare usernames.
Edit: Changed all references of "Profile Url" to "Username". This also includes the title. Also made each username bold so it stands out more and is easier to read.
Edit 2,3,4: The username(s) 567, 006, venezuela, 879, 876, fob, 432, and argentina were snatched so I updated those parts.

id argue that band acronyms are also p up there on rarity!! i checked mcr & ptv and it seems like both are taken by inactive accs, but i wonder if there r any others out there. like sws for sleeping with sirens, or top for twenty one pilots
I feel like band names fall under proper nouns and band acronyms fall under the "three letter acronyms that actually have a meaning behind them". I wouldn't put them any higher just for the fact that some band acronyms hold higher value to certain people than others. My list was just trying to sort based on a general scale.

On your home page there should be a button that says "Account Settings". On PC, it's right under "Manage Blog". There is where you'll be able to change the settings.
