☆TW- sh, tics
(check my last vent for more info) but my mental health has been rlly shit l8tely. my tics have been 10x worse. i have never had vocal tics before and now i do. also, the neck tics i already had hurt sm :( ive been genuinely questioning relapse with sh, but i need to stay strong. the last time was 10/10/24.
☆ edit- i have 0 energy. not enough to watch a comfort show, get a sip of water, anything @ all.
