BEWARE OF LOUD MUSIC TAKE CARE OF YOUR EARS !!

Am I the only one who's SO SCARED TO DEATH of getting tinnitus? Yesterday, I was listening to LOUD music with my headphones, and then I... I kind of had a blackout, and I felt so bad. Right after that, I heard a little noise in my left ear—not like a sudden, random tinnitus that happens once every six months, but more like the real start of this disease! Now my ears don't make the noise anymore, but they hurt. I cleaned everything to make sure it wasn't caused by anything else (I'm a clean person), but yes, they still hurt. I know it's going to be fine in a few days, but I want to raise awareness about the risks of using headphones and listening to loud music/sounds. It can happen at any moment, and after that... It could become a lifelong nightmare! Take care of your precious ears :-(
