new year's blessings ♡

hai guys ৻(  •̀ ᗜ •́  ৻)

it's that time of the year !!!! i saw somebody do this already and i got inspired huhu- (their layout was so cute and aesthetic jsjsjs) SOOO let me introduce y'all to what i expect from this year:

starting off strong !!

➜ r e s o l u t i o n s 

   ⟢ study at least 2 hrs/day — even though i had become better when it comes to studying since uni started, i want for this year to improve myself academically >< i know lacking days exist, and i know it's important to take breaks, BUT i promised myself to do as much as i can, until i get absolutely exhausted ( ◡̀_◡́)ᕤ

   ⟢ pray more — i'm very religious huhu >< i'm a buddhist girly and i tried my best in 2024 to pray at least once a week, my excuse was that i don't have time (such a liar), and for 2025 i wish to be more careful and dedicated to Buddha's teachings !! 

   ⟢ workout (again) — what helped me stay on track and what made me pull myself out of my suffering last year was starting hitting the gym !! (ㅅ´ ˘ `) it literally made me focus more on myself when it comes to eating habits, fixing my schedule and taking care of my soul and body. because i moved out from my hometown and because of last year's finals, i had no time to go anymore !! the city i moved into has many opportunities, i just needed time to get used to new environments, SOOO 2025 watch me go back to cardioooo hehe

   ⟢ new reading challenge — i always have a reading challenge !! every year i try to read an amount of books and see if i can increase the number for the next year hehe (˶˃⤙˂˶) for 2024, my goal was to read 20 books and i ended up reading 35 !! so for this year, my goal will be 30 < 3

➜ g o a l s 

   ⟢ pass all my finals — self explanatory t.t i want to ace (if possible) everything !! i want to get better at both chinese and norwegian, aaaand i want to make myself proud of who i am !!!!! (i also can't disappoint my professors, i love them - they love me hehe)

   ⟢ go to china — my dream is becoming true this year !! in december 2024 i had to take a chinese exam in order to apply for the china summer camp of 2025 (≧∇≦) and in a few days i'll get my results < 3 i'm very excited (and confident i'll pass) because ever since i was young i wanted to travel to china (and the world!!), and now i'll be able to go with my friends !!!! 

   ⟢ see skz live — this year (although i'm still stressed about it) i have the chance to see skz, my favourite band ever that i started having a passion for since survival show era in 2017 ! one of my closest friends managed to get two tickets and was generous enough to invite me see skz with her, which i'm so grateful for !! because this would be my first time ever at a kpop concert, seeing my favourite people live < 3 BUT unfortunately my china trip (that was planned way before skz) might be on the same date as them, then i won't be able to go to the concert anymore (when i think about it, i feel like crying haha). PRAYING THAT I CAN GO !! the tickets are here, it all depends on my uni t.t 

2024 came with a lot of challenges, stress and changes, and i can only be thankful for everything i went through that made me so strong now < 3 and forever thankful to Buddha's teachings for saving me, for helping me heal and become wiser -`♡´- Namo Buddhaya

i hope 2025 will be gentle, funny, amazing, and full of hope for everyone and me >< i wish you all happiness and a great start for becoming who you guys want !!
