new year’s feelings

it’s january 1st, 2025 and i guess i should be happy that it’s a new year — “new year, new beginnings” as people like to say it. oddly enough, there’s an empty, sad pit in my stomach that makes me feel like something’s going to go wrong. maybe i’m just nervous for the new year or maybe this is some type of intuition thing ahaha. either way, i’m excited for 2025 and hope nothing goes too roughly for me as i’ve never been one to have much luck. anyways, happy new year everyone !!
