TO THE FOX

You're quite trusting for someone who used to pray with their eyes open. The most ridiculous thing is that you started to close them again.

What changed? Once a heretic, always a heretic and you know that.

But no no no no, heresy wasn't your only sin. Lust.

Pesky sinner found a way to God despite hell becoming more of a reality with each passing day.

You didn't mean to do it, did you? I mean, not all the manipulation. Only a little more of patience and you could've called yourself a God, you know. But you didn't want that, did you? Is that why you let your sins deglute you? No. I think calling it an “accident” might suit you better.

But it hurts, doesn't it?

It's unfortunate for your shame to stop you from reaching your true potential.. It'd be lovely to witness your fury. Too bad. Too bad. If only you could scream a bit louder. Perhaps then someone would have helped you.
