What's the best type of ramen to go with kimchi fried rice? I've tried shin ramyeon and buldak ones with it, but is there another that's really good? I'm down to try any that you think would go good with it.

When I do Kimchi fried rice I usually like to pair it with Kimbap or a light salad rather than noodles. But personally I'm really loving Vermicelli rice noodles- (No gluten allowed in my home)- Don't know the brand as the packaging is in Vietnamese but It's real good and meant for Pho
