Perfection is always a priority in the kitchen. favoritism runs rampant, even in adulthood, even in the workplace. Sometimes, all it takes is one person, in the span of a few seconds, to ruin ones drive and ambition and passion in a work environment. That being said, if I were to allow every bad egg ruin my day, i wouldnt be where i am now.
