Random people sending friend requests

I've received lots of friend requests recently from people I never talked with before. Mosts are the usual friend collectors with thousands of "friends" than I couldn't care less about, but some seems like real normal people. I usually check their profile, if they're minors I decline automatically but it happens than I find them really interesting. 

So who are you people ?

I wouldn't mind chatting or friending you but I'm just not gonna accept anyone like that if I don't know who you are. At least send me an IM first, I don't bite I swear. Hey, if you're shy I don't mind being the one to start a conversation but I at least need to know you're not some bot or spammer.

So if anyone that sends random friend requests could explain to me what's the point you're welcome ! And if you sent me a request and see this message well feel free to leave a comment if you wanna chat !
