does anyone know how to multitask on school projects????

So I have this Arts Project (a MOSAIC USING SUPER TINY PAPER BOATS) that is due on January 2 WHICH IS IN 4 DAYS and I STILL HAVEN'T FINISHED HALFWAY YET. *cries in overwhelming stress* And on top of that, I still need to make a poem about modern day living, and an illustrative diagram on substances and/or materials that turn into liquid-gas, gas-liquid, solid-liquid, ETC. So if someone out there is kind enough to give me tips on how to finish all of them in just 4 days, PLEASE SAVE ME FROM THIS MISERY!
