fl studio emo plugins

so i "borrowed" serum off a discord server/reddit forever ago but like that shit is damn near pointless for what i'm trying to make atp. I have a focusrite interface, all the analog shit i would possibly need to get a track recorded. what distortions or choruses should i find? i just need plugins and shit for vox and strings. my drummer has an electric kit so we don't really need too much on their end, but i don't have pedals. so i guess i dont have everything LMFAO. pls help tho :p
