New thing i just started working on..

I'm writing a book at the moment, but I know I'm gonna give up on it in the future... that's okay. I wanna write just like Fyodor Dostoevsky, the Russian novelist. Does anyone have any tips for me?? please give me tips if anyone has any. I don't own any Dostoevsky books right now, I wish I did.
