rant about a gross boy in my class. (TW: MENTIONS OF SA)

AGAIN TRIGGER WARNING TRIGGER WARNING TRIGGER WARNING SEXUAL ASSAULT!!!!!!!

(i will be simply highlighting important parts so my dear lazies dont have to read it all <3)

school just started a few months ago, and i was so scared to change schools because i thought i would get bullied again. but i made ALOT of friends and im kinda glad i did, but thats not the topic.

as soon as i changed schools, everyone started introducing theirselves to me and being friends, except one guy which i'll call matt. when i asked my friends about it, they said matt was a special kid and simply wasnt respectful or nice to people, no matter who they were. of course, i wanted to give him a chance of having a friend but i was also too shy to. so, i just let it go and decided to focus more on other stuff.

time skip to a few weeks after, i started getting more comfortable in the school because the atmosphere and enviroment itself was really chill and friendly. but one thing- no, person ruined it. it was matt that ruined it. he was VERY annoying, loud, and loved to scream, stand up and yell in class. and at first i assumed it was because he was a "special kid." but, he wasn't. he was hyperactive and neurotic. honestly, i dont even know how to explain what neurotic is since i just translated it.

another time skip to a little while... i noticed he started getting more handsy with people. boys, girls, and even teachers. he would make "below the waist" jokes to boys, and always wanted to hug female teachers and female teachers only, for girls, he progressed it from "accidental touches" to literally imposing on girls. (aka, touching them without their consent.)

after a few weeks of being at the school, i started to ask my friends and classmates about what his problem was. they didnt respond since they didnt know either, but they did know one thing: that he would never recover from his mental illness. our principal provided him with special care, which meant he would get away with anything. for example, a year ago (when i wasnt at the school,) he threw a desk at my friend, and after her dad complained to the principal, she simply said that he needs special care to help him.

finally, time skip to this week. the first day i went to that school, i thought he was a misunderstood kid that was bullied. but now, i realised that she was a disgusting, disturbing and maniacal child. Yes, for context, I am a minor.. and so is matt. and so are all my friends and classmates. it all started when people in my class (including me.) started to complain about matt's disturbance in classes that provoked our learning and prevented us from paying attention. but the principal laid the fault on one of the guys that complained, saying and I quote: "Matt is not disturbing, look at yourself, your grades and behavior is the worst!" and she gave him a detention, and told his parents that he was misbehaving at school. yes, it was true that his grades were low, but it didnt make matt less of a bother.

one day, which was 2 days ago, matt had a neurotic.. attack? im not sure, but one of my classmates was ALSO hyperactive, but he took medicine and matt refused to. So, which made the guy not-really-a-bother. for the guy that takes medicine, ill call him kade. kade has been in the same class with matt for years, and so has been a lot of people in my class. 2 days ago, in english class, the boys were doing a raffle. which meant, they would buy gifts for eachother, and matt yelled at them, demaning he'd join. this raffle was a little different, in which they would tell other who'd they buy their gifts to. only the gifts were a secret. so, one of the boys got matt for the raffle, and the boy asked matt what he wanted for a gift. matt asked for a 5$ video game, (which is around 175 bucks in my currency.) but, the guy said that his mom didnt want him to spend his money on virtual stuff. so, he nicely said he could buy him something else, like a comic book or an action figure.

of course, during the time the boys were doing the raffle, the girls and I were talking with the teacher about something. (i love the eng teach sm shes so understanding..) the next thing i know, i hear yelling. yelling from matt. he started yelling at the boy, demanding he'd buy him the game. and the boy he was yelling at was kade's best friend, so kade immediately stepped in, grabbing matt by the collar of his hoodie and warning him.  "dont yell at him. we've all done nothing but be nice to you, pick something else or get out of the raffle." kade said. i simply ignored them, thinking it was another one of their small fights. NOPE. Matt starts screaming, crying and kicking himself all over the floor. he ran over to the window, looking outside while crying and yelling. the teacher ran over to him, and after a few minutes, he called the principal to ask to call his mom to pick him up. so, the teacher left the class to take matt to the principal's office, which would take a little long since her office was on the very bottom floor. while she left, i overheard my female friend say something. "i hope he gets suspended, he started to touch me weirdly lately." the next thing i know, everyone started complaining on how he'd touch everyone sexually. he groped boys and grinded himself against them, he hugged one of the girls where HIS private parts touched HER private parts, and he would refuse to get off and people would have to push and kick him away. and the last thing, he would talk to the boys sexually about my friends. kade said that while he was talking about games with the other guys in the class, matt jumped in the conversation and started talking about how attractive the girls in the class were, how my friend's physical structure (aka chest and hips) were hot, and how he would love to do things to her. but, im so glad he wasn't talking about me.

the next moment, the teacher came back and called my friend downstairs, telling her the OWNER OF THE SCHOOL wanted to talk to her. she left for a few minutes, and it was awfully quiet. and the people in my class started to tell the teachers about all the sexual, weird and disturbing stuff matt would do and say. soon after, my friend came back, telling another guy the owner of the school wanted to speak to him. and that boy was a particularly normal guy, that hung out with everyone and was really chill. after that boy came back, he called kade over to go downstairs. i dont know what happened there since i wasnt called over, but im assuming they just talked about what matt did and what really happened, and the principal called 3 very different people to the office so she would get a side from everyones story: but kade's, my friend's and the chill guy's stories were all the same. but, to matt, kade started to beat him up and scratched his throat. one of the girls said that she was matt scratch down his own throat while at the window, and the bell rung and school was over. i didnt wanna worry about what happened, and assumed he wouldn't get punished again and simply went home.

the next day, matt wasn't here which I already figured. Everyone in my class was talking about what happened, and we all collectively decided not to tell anyone besides our english teacher and the prinicipal. not even other teachers. when the bell rang, the english teacher walked in, clearly upset. she turned to us while the principal, the owner of the school, and the student accounter walked in our class and exclaimed that matt was finally kicked out after 3 years.

i didnt even know the guy, but im happy the didnt get away with the stuff he did.
