its a wonderful life

so coming off the situation of the last blog, im gonna do a little review of imo the NOT so " best Christmas movie of all time ". it starts with the main character and his friends and brother sliding on a lake which is such a stupid idea anyway . we keep hearing and seeing this stars flashing whenever they speak to each other .one of them is called Clarence and he is supposedly an angel wanting his wings which doesn't make much sense because ho you're a star???? Clarence has been set to help out George Bailey (main character) , and then he will earn his wings . so far we know we have been witnessing past events including the sliding lake one , these events all bringing us to present George's situation . anyway . his brother falls into the lake and he saves him , but he loses his hearing in one ear . we then go to a scene at a sweet shop im pretty sure , with two girls who both speak on their interest in George . George is at work and finds out his employer who is uproot has accidentally put poison in some sweets , George is hit on his bad ear and I was like what . this prevents employer form being put in prison . we fast forward , George is grown up now and at a party where one of the girls in the shop were and they dance . they fall into a swimming pool and dance the Charleston in there (bit pointless) , they hang out and we assume they are know falling love . suddenly George is picked up in a car because his father who owns a building or bank thingy has had a seizure . he dies and George abandons his college dreams and takes over . instead , his brother goes and goes on to do great things .  George heavily dislikes the town . there is a lot of pointless rambling until him and the girl get married and on the way to the honeymoon everyone in town is worried about money in the bank . George and his wife give everyone money they have to stay in business . we then go into war , George is unable to go as he has a bad ear . his brother goes and wins awards and features in the towns newspapers . we leave war and pinky or whatever his name is (the villain of the story) has been trying to get rid of Georges business with different plots and things . George has 4 children now . his uncle bursts in and tells villain about his nephew in the paper and accidentally leaves money he wants to deposit which is around 8000 dollars I think . he loses it and goes in to a panic , meanwhile we see the villain pocketing it knowing it would make Georges business suffer . George goes into a panic and yells at his uncle who sobs . he returns home and his children and wife are decorating for Christmas (last half hour left) and George acts angry because of the money shouting at his son asking about spellings , his daughters for being annoying like playing piano and his wife looks upset . he goes upstairs to his daughter with a cold and yells at her teacher and her husband on the phone for letting her catch one at school . he leaves the house and stands at a bridge and wishes he was dead . Clarence comes down and shows him what the world would be like without him : his brother wouldn't exist past the lake event , his old employer prisoned , uncle sad , the villain taking over the town etc.. George goes around begging someone to hear him and basically harasses people . he returns to Clarence who makes things go back to normal . George is back at the bridge and police officers ask him what he's doing in the snow . George goes into a frenzy very happy someone knows who he is . he runs home and kisses his wife and children and sees the bank inspectors who will jail him because of the missing 8000 dollar deposit the bank needs . suddenly everyone in the town burns in making the room of the house look barely visible and puts money on a table which is over 8000 . George is happy and the bank inspectors leave . then a bell on the tree rings and his daughter who no longer has a cold (miraculously)  claims when a bell rings an angel gains their wings . we infer Clarence has succeeded in gaining them . then everyone sings and the movie ends .

Basically , only the last half hour has things to do with Christmas and I don't even class it as a Christmas movie . it's a very boring film and not worth 2 hours sitting time and definitely doesn't beat other Christmas movies . it is black and white and is very boring and hard to sit through without wishing it was over . for example , a man in the cinema started snoring loudly halfway through . if you're looking for Christmas movies to watch , this is not a good one to put on the watch list .
