MY LAPTOP! (plz help)

oki so basically. i just got a new laptop for christmas, because my old one broke (rest in peace) and my new laptop is pretty cool, sans the fact that the time is incorrect?? i really need help with this, because i manually set the time to the timezone that i'm currently in, but everything else on my computer still thinks it's two hours behind.

e.g. it's 5:31 AM right now and basically, my computer makes everything think it's 3:31 AM, so it lives in the past. things i posted JUST NOW say "posted 2 hours ago" ?????? it doesn't make any sense, it thinks it's in the future. This is the same for my Apps and stuff, on Discord it will say 3:31 AM YESTERDAY. what???

idk if this is a skill issue or something but i need help anything is appreciated this is really going to fuck with my already terrible sense of time.
