new year's resolutions!!

I decided I want to try to write down/post my resolutions/goals to help hold myself accountable and be able to look back periodically. this year was soo busy and crazy for me. I had so many new experiences, accomplishments, made new friends, challenged myself, and felt every emotion imaginable. I crammed more into this past year than ever before. being home from college, I'm taking the time to chill, sleep in, spend time with my family, catch up with old friends, and reflect on the past year. I often find myself looking "ahead" to the next thing, and being so busy that the time flies by. I'm going to dedicate the next month to being present, taking things slow, and getting a head start on my new year's goals. if anyone actually takes the time to read this, I would love to hear your resolutions as well :))

anyway, here's my list! I may add on as anything else comes to mind.

1. less screen time (dedicate screen time to educational/inspirational content)

2. read more (at least one hour a day on weekends)

3. go to bed by 11 (no phone or distractions past this time)

4. walk daily (or at least some type of movement)

5. have sweets in moderation (one serving at a time, eat slowly)

6. explore new music and media (recs pls!!)
