I FOUND A KITTEN!!

so yesterday (Christmas) my stepdad called me and said he found a stray kitten so of course I ran out of my room and put leftover chicken in a bowl and ran out with my mom following behind me once we got down to my apartments garage the poor baby climbed into a car engine and started meowing like it was hurt. we eventually got it out and the lady whos car it was actually worked at a nonprofit cat clinic so we drove there after we gave it food and water and some love (she started climbing me and wouldn't get off my shoulder it was so cute and she was purring so much) 

so we took her to the clinic and they said if we brought her to a normal clinic and not a non-profit we would have to pay 2000$ 

but yeah she needs surgery to fix her eye cornea

other than that we've only gotten positive news! She is getting tested for everything and getting all her shots (poor baby she must be so tired) 

We've decided to keep her and we named her Ophelia [ophie for short!] 

anyways shes gonna have her surgery today so I'll write more updates for baby ophie

they think shes around 6 weeks old but shes awfully small for her age :(
