Dull Holidays.

I feel like as you get older the holidays don't seem as joyous anymore. Maybe it's just me but it doesn't really feel like Christmas. Halloween didn't feel like Halloween either. The only holiday that always feels the same is Thanksgiving because it's just a big dinner with your family. I think as you get older you see things for how they are, unlike when you were a kid. When I was younger everything seemed so magical because I didn't know the truth. Does anyone else feel this way as you get older?
