itty bitty art dump

i havent been drawing too much lately :^[ i mean i've made plenty of doodles (i am incessantly doodling) but not much worthwhile ;v; cries. 2025 NEW YEARS RESOLUTION #26383: draw as much as i used to :^)

i've seen other people draw series of self-portraits where they become increasingly stylized. i wanted to try that. the ones i have seen are basically a progression from realistic -> cartoonish. i tried doing that but i kinda failed so i did my own thing instead. ended up less of a progression and more of a... compilation of styles :/ but i guess they're all right lookin'... just not as cool all lined up as i'd hoped they'd be

1) "realistic" ... though i think i coulda gone a little further, im a smidgen, er, what's it---oh! lazy. and, if you can't make it out, the handwriting says, "I did not included my glasses here because it'd be too much work."

2) attempt at cubism. i had to do several picasso copies in high school, but i could never (accurately) replicate the style in an original work. i still dont understand how . but fuck picasso anyway :3 again excluded the glasses whoops!

3) cartoon-ish. finally, the glasses make an appearance! otherwise kinda my least fav, im really out of practice drawing in this kind of style on paper. and the pose just isnt interesting imo. colors are pretty, though
