why do we get bored?
have we ran out of things that excite us? that entertain us? from our own little circle of interests, it almost seems that way; yet something new and adventurous is always on the horizon, no?
i believe that we have a certain limit to what a human is capable of; don't go around saying "ohhhh i'm supernatural" or "ohhhh i'm this certain species" no. you're a human being. don't dance around facts for reality, but back to my point; as we have a certain limit, we could only do so much that truly affects the world or our being
let's say, for instance, you enjoy going on nice, loooong walks. simple, yeah? if that's your only interest, you could only walk until your legs get sore, or until you trip and break something in your body. you'd get bored by the minute doing so. if you always branch out, you'll never be bored, or at the very least completely bored
so why do we (or at the very least, i) get it so often? why must we always be whining and complaining about the very things we enjoy? are we just built this way? is our brain hard-wired to think like a POS?
life is full of exciting things to do, don't spend your days whining about the things you do to have fun; if that got old to you, do something else.
