Look up “Spacehey CSS tutorial” and click the first playlist u see. The videos are short and informative, all the coding used can be copypasted from a github link in the video description. It’s how I made my profile lol

use already finished layouts and make use of chatgpt for the profile. If you want to learn coding in general, figure out what programming language you're trying to learn et cet. you handle it like any other problem, with research.
