Hey! I just need some help -3-
I'm a wavy haired girl, it's kind of hard to find haircut ideas with my hair type, specifically something with a Scene style...
I currently have short hair with two long strands on the sides of my cheeks, my hair color is dark brown... I wouldn't like to dye all my hair one color because I have somewhat sensitive hair... maybe get some pink raccoon highlights, but I'm still undecided :,3

Maybe just get some regular layers in your hair and flat iron it regularly (or at least whenever you leave the house). At least that's what I do.
Most emo and scene kids flat iron their hair anyways regardless of natural hair type, even those who were blessed with naturally straight hair (lucky bastards), so having wavy hair naturally shouldn't be a problem thanks to the invention of hot tools that can straighten it out. Just use heat protectant spray every time you straighten it and you'll be good to go.
For dyeing your hair, you're definitely gonna need to use bleach unless you want to dye it black if you're a dark brunette. I'd recommend a 30 volume developer with a mix in bleach powder for your hair, although considering your hair is naturally dark brown, you may need to bleach it 2 or 3 times or so if you want to achieve light or platinum blonde hair before putting the dye onto it (plus some blue or purple shampoo depending on if your hair turns orange or yellow from bleaching it, which is more likely to occur in those with dark hair). A 40 volume developer will be stronger and will lighten your hair faster than a 30 volume developer, but it usually isn't recommended for use at home due to how harsh and damaging it can be if you're not careful due to its strength.
In regards to the actual dye itself, you should probably use a semi permanent dye, especially if your scalp is sensitive and/or you plan on changing the color of your hair and whatever you do, don't use Splat, as that shit never comes out in spite of its claims of being "semi permanent" (it takes quite a lot of bleaching for it to come out unless you want to cover it up with a permanent black hair dye instead).
