I need to sell my books

I just want to sell my books so bad to buy magazines from the 2000s 

I mean, I'm not going to sell them all, there's one in particular that I like, but I want to sell the rest, it wasn't worth buying that, most of them I'm not that interested in and I end up being too lazy to read

I want the magazines because I like them, I prefer to sell the books to buy something that I have a real interest in and that catches my attention

Anyway, these are just things I want, it doesn't mean I'm actually going to sell the books, because my mother wouldn't let me and would complain

I'm going to buy the magazines anyway and whether I like it or not, the books will end up becoming just decoration since my mother wouldn't let me sell them and I don't feel like reading them

At first I bought them with the intention of reading them, but I just discovered that I'm not a big fan of books... I think that's normal, I wouldn't say that buying them was completely useless since now I understand better about my own tastes and I know that books are not my thing
