working on my layout...

i must admit i do NOT really know what im doing here. im trying to make my layout here resemble my actual website just to be cute about it, i might end up just taking a template and editing it into oblivion until theres absolutely zero resemblance, cuz its a lot easier than coding from scratch when i already know what im changing anyways. the header, footer, and for some reason the interests/links tables are whats the most difficult for me to figure out and i dont even know what im doing wrong?? buuuut whatever... i still think so far its looking pretty good
