why are christians full of hate? like i don't give a shit in what someone believes until they are hurting someone, but christians are hurting so many people.
Like do you really need to make everything about your religion? Cant you just talk for once about something else? And thinking that they will go to "heaven" when they are the most horrible people walking on earth, not because of them believing in some "god" but because they are homophobes, racist and when someone tells them that they dont believe in what they do, they are comparing this do satanism or calling you miserable or a nihlist, like ☠️
I dont believe in god from the bible and christians needs to learn that not everydoby believes in this and they also need to learn that they need to stop forcing they religion to others.
I dont need your "god" to be happy, if your a christians whos telling lgbt people that they should die, you are not going to heaven. Would jesus also want them to be dead? No. Then get your life and leave those people alone and educate yourself.
Im just so tired of hate coming from christians, they are saying how good they are but they are actually the worst people i have ever meet, online and irl, both are awful.
Ofc im not sayin that all of them are like this, but like 95% of them is. And no i will NEVER believe in christian god so stop forcing your dumbass religion to me, im NOT a satanist so stop treating me like one.

I honestly agree, and it's sad that you experience that with Christians. However, those aren't real Christians. Sadly, majority of Christians are hateful and aren't aware about what they are doing. Not all Christians are good, but not all Christians are bad either. I just see it the same way as non-Christians. non-Christians aren't all good but aren't all bad either. Just got to learn the difference

and from my pov, it feels so contradictory but I also believe in sciences and standing up for lgbt rights and fighting sexism and racism so idk what the hay they keep spewing about. you go slay dude. You're speaking nothing but facts here and it's very off-putting that honestly, I'd go befriend atheists over hardcore religious peeps any day and that speaks a lot. (also if they bring up That One Bible Verse about guys not sleeping with guys, it was apparently a mistranslation from decades prior that disallowed guys sleeping with underage peeps but ofc they had to change it for their loud agenda
I also live in a family that can sometimes be over the top with their beliefs but at least they respect and have lgbt friends and not... "tolerate" or hate on them or like don't get me started on those peeps who hate on liberated people just because they wear shorter and more revealing outfits...??? like clothes has nothing to do with one's personality, almost, sorta??
honestly. atheists are such nice people and they speak a lot of truth many of us are afraid of facing or talking to and I stand with yall. There are much better, kinder people out there and I sympathize with all of you that you guys didn't get to meet the more decent and normal side of religion :((
for me and my family, our religion isnt about forcing or shoving down beliefs (that's a different subgroup of religion altogether and even we sort of hate it); for us, it's more of giving hope to an otherwise hopeless situation, giving love and patience and acceptance to one another. And seeing how religious figures and people diverted and deformed this practice deeply hurts.
Also random. Because of this-- whenever I write fanfics or original works I literally feel so embarrassed of my own beliefs that I literally vaguely reference religion or not at all, just to not offend anyone. It's gotten that bad...

GURL SAME! I also live with an extremist religious family. That was hell bro, they literally labeled me as the demon and the curse of the family! They always force us to be perfect when they said that "WE ALL ARE SINNERS", you can't be a perfect person in this cruel world full of cruelty. they always force me to go to church LOL, they're teaching is somehow helpful to have hopes in life by learning to overcome it, but their policies are just CRUEL! My experience to the church is not the best! PEOPLE WHO DON'T GO TO CHURCH ARE MORE NICER , like fym YOU JUDGE, INTERFERE WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S LIFE, AND GOSSIF AND SPREAD OR CREATE HUMORS. IT'S A NO NO, it was toxic. I can't escape it tho, my mom keep dragging me there. I still love my parents, I just hate the way they introduce their religion. LIKE WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE CRUEL LIKE THAT??! They love to judge, they think they are superiors. IT"S LIKE SINNERS JUDGING SINNERS. LIKE HELLO! You cannot treat people like garbage and worship God at the same time. I used to be devoted to God, but because of that horrific experience. I quit, I'm still re-thinking if I'm going to reconnect with him. Also, they can't even provide the specific reason why we need to serve God, all they do is just threat people, "If you don't believe him, you'll go to hell" . But yeah, It's probably the people are cruel, not the God. They are the reason to keep us away from Him.

OH EM GEE THAT IS SO TRUE. EVEN AS A CATHOLIC LIKE I FREAK OUT A LOT BECAUSE THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THREAT. they havent considered people with different religions or are atheist... like... for me at least, I sort of believe that it's moreso just some kinda insurance that our souls go in a better place, if there is any, like... just to be at peace if we depart from our human bodies. And like I just follow SOME of the teachings there to spread happiness and love that we need, especially in a desolate world we live in now.
I dont believe the borrowed human body thingy though because I'm more of a 'my body, my rules' believer and I really hate how people think they have the right to control or dictate how we live our lives. But I guess in religious contexts that our body is from nature and like we go back to it eventually, then it makes sense. But people take it wayyy too far :((

also. I havent gone to church like almost in a year. And strangely why do I feel at peace?? like besides the fact that the church people or like those who run the church speak a different dialect than my family so I wouldnt even get to appreciate those teachings-- like, I dont really get much of it other than the same routine over and over...??
and im so sorry and i feel you sm. I hope you overcome your religious trauma someday because I promise you, normal religious people exist. It's always just the loud minorities or maybe in this case, the majority that thinks they have a hold on us. Religion is supposed to help and support people, not control every single bit of their lives. Take care always!!

and yes the policy is bad.. Oftentimes contradictory. Sometimes very unclear because bible verses are so filled with deep meanings and metaphors and you can't take things so literally. and like how it's passed down through generations to generations with language barriers and several translations... you cant even know which ones are real and which ones are changed from their original meaning...?
So yeah, I take it and anything in general with a grain of salt.
and that the new testament from what i heard is more of a soft reboot from the older teachings at the old testament, but hey, I could be wrong.
Anyways, I appreciate you speaking up about this, this is like a serious global issue right now and it hurts how so many kind people are being hurt be this and now they got a very bad image of what religion is to them... <33

Hi. So i'm a christian and i understand. If you read the bible u know what's right and what's wrong. Telling somebody to ''die'' bc of lgbt is not OK. And ''christians'' who told u that aren't real christians. REAL CHRISTIANS are nice respectful... I'm sure u find it annoying that christians are telling u to become one but trust me they just want u to have a good afterlife. I'm deepy sorry if any of them have hurt u but u also have to learn to be RESPECTFUL. It's not cool to act like we are all bad. When u said 95% of them are ''bad'' its not true at all. 100% of christians are good but those 95% u said are bad are the ones pretending to be. That's all hope this helped.
