i have to go to my dad's girlfriend's house tonight for christmas eve dinner and my brothers and their partners are gonna be there but bc there was like a family loss on my mum's side, it's gonna be so awkies cuz that's all we'll be thinking abt and my dad's gf is sooooo different from us, like for lack of a better word we look like bogans compared to her lmao. me, my brothers and their partners always just clump together at events like this cuz sometimes she'll say smth that makes us go like "what..." like one time she deadass thought our indoor cat who's been around children and babies since birth was gonna attack my little sister and she very clearly hates the way me and my brother dress but tries to cover it up which just kinda makes it worse 😭 like she obviously hatesss my brothers catbus tattoo
