i most likely stumbled upon a lostwave(?) song

i managed to find this song on scratch, but only a 30-second snippet. i uploaded it to WZS (watzatsong) and it hasn't got much recognition, apart from 17 chaps listening to my uploaded snippet.

i also managed to upload the snippet to youtube here, however i tried contacting the author/creator of the song, but i could only find his NG account, and he hasn't touched his NG account since 2019.

i dont exactly know if this is lost media or not but i assume it likely is
