my new macbook

my mom got me a macbook for christmas… for context she got this thinkpad from her workplace and it made me crave a laptop, but she didn’t wanna buy me a cheap one cuz those don’t last… so she got me a macbook so i can use it when im in college. it does feel weird to have both a macbook AND an imac and an ipad but i’ll get used to it (yes i’m an apple stinker SOB)

ok so i didn’t wanna install parallels on it cuz FUCK WINDOWS 11 so i got UTM… and i managed to get windows 7 on it! (it wouldn’t work on my mac probably cuz i deleted it and installed it again and it dun goofed) sadly drawing in sai and flash is laggy for some reason, so i also got a windows xp vm where they lag less. i might have to draw the frames in firealpaca (which works really well) and do the editing in flash but H

now i can animate while on vacation!! yay!! (im in the car on my way to vacation rn, but that’s for another blog lel)
