thank you Julia child for helping me cook my thanksgiving turkey

when thanksgiving came around me and my mother decided to cook a turkey this year. never has my family cooked a turkey before but my mother wanted to try something new.

But thanks to Julias cooking recipe I was able to prepare and cook my own turkey.took around 4 hours to cook(we began around 12 in the morning and finished around 3 pm) my family found the turkey delicious and juicy.both me and my mother received our share of compliments but the person who deserved the compliments should have been Mrs Child.
