Is this another possible raid of some sort? (TW: SH)

I just saw like 5 accounts show up at once that has fresh, and I mean bleeding fresh, sh scars as their pfp, and one of them was literally called "slit your wrist", so uh, yeah- Hopefully just a one time thing and not an actual raid, if you see one, please report it because 1: pretty sure it violates the TOS/rules and 2: I don't want these accounts to cause any of my friends, or anyone for that matter, to relapse- So yeah TLDR: hoping it's not an sh raid but they violate TOS/rules and it would be good if you reported
