someone help me use pcsx2 or ill explode

HAIII !! i wanted to play fatal frame and maybe some other ps2 games so i dowloaded the pcsx2 emulator on my pc but idk how to use it.... i got the bios and rooms (.iso files) but when i try to open it on pcsx2, the emulator cant find the rooms??? sorry for extremly bad explanation
