is it ok for my step mum to say 'if I see a drawing on your hand again, I'll grab a needle and tattoo it on myself'?

that would be pretty cool tbh :P I wuld put like an eye on my hand and then a star on each finger and maybe a silly billy cat on a skateboard on my arm lolz
