i edit them on ibispaint!!
i import the photo i wanna edit onto ibispaint. then i go on pinterest and search up stuff like "overlay" light overlay" "textures" etc.
save the photos from pinterest then go on ibispaint
on ibispaint add the photos from pinterest and then change the blending mode of them i usually use “overlay” but i use other blending modes too i just mess around with blending modes until i think it looks right.
sorry if this is confusing im not the best at tutorials but i can try and make a more in-depth tutorial as a blog post if needed. its kinda hard to make a tutorial because i dont have like an exact thing i follow like i said i just mess around with stuff on ibispaint until i like it

this is so 2013...it reminds me of when 2000s skate/surf brands were transitioning between that typical "2000s look" to a newer more "modern look" for the early 2010s!! think the difference between 2006 hurley between 2016 hurley...
