i just learned how to use those really sharp knives, and felt somehow more confident and adventurous, just because i used some nice apparatus. really make me think about the fragillity of human mind, something that simple creatures doesen't have precisely due to their simplicity.
it is really annoying how i can't really escape from this fragility without giving up on everything else, a nice knife or its power, in the end possesion is a form of weakness, another way to imprision yourself.
btw i made chili sauce with pimenta-de-cheiro, garlic, dedo-de-moça and louro.
really dont know these names in english sorryyyyy
