so ive been messing with my layout and ive finally got the hang of this html stuff, i made some custom stuff and i wanted to post it to layouts but it says its down? I searched it up and quickly found someone that posted about it FIVE MONTHS AGO has layout posting been down this whole time??? does anyone know when it's gonna come back... i wanna share my nightvale banner

I have not heard any date of when it's gonna come back yet. I can't imagine it being down forever, though. Maybe in the future Ann will reopen uploading new layouts once moderation gets better.
For now, though, most people share layouts/code snippets in blogs.
