End of the year!!

Its the end of the year! Christmas and New years are right around the corner so id like to share a 2024 recap! this will include things I did, new games I tried or new music I listened to, movies I watched and just more general what my year was like and what id like to do next! feel free to share whatever you'd like in the comments and if you're just moving on after that's cool too! either way have a good day and enjoy!

2024 events!

My 2024 was pretty alright! Although a lot of bad stuff happened I was able to meet wonderful new people and had the opportunity to do a couple of super fun things! Early in the year I was able to hang out with an old friend I hadn't seen in about 3 years and it was super fun! around that time another old friend of mine got in touch and I now have the most amazing boyfriend <3 We went to prom together and over the summer went to 2 carnivals!! At one of them Joan Jett was playing so we got to see that too! those are the only big events but among those I also hung out with one of my oldest friends after we both got super busy for awhile and were planning on seeing each other to exchange gifts Christmas weekend! I went on lots of walks and found some new hobbies and even came back to some old ones too :) A lot of self reflection and life lessons were taught this year and as cheesy as it sounds I really do feel like I've grown tremendously in some ways this year. 

2024 hardships

some stuff I wont get super into but this year also threw me some really difficult moments. Early June I had to be admitted to the hospital as I have been struggling a lot with my mental health. it was not voluntary and ultimately did not help. in the time I was there 2 of my kittens had passed and later this year my older cat passed as well. I got fired 2 times and had LOTS of family issues.

2025 goals

I don't have many goals for 2025 but the ones I do have I really want to try to stick to. My first goal is to get my license! I've had my permit and know how to drive but I haven't been able to get it yet loll. My second goal is to really work on my mental health. That ones also pretty self explanatory haha. 

2024 music

I mostly listened to stuff I already know because I already know a lot of music but I DID start listening to Sierra Farrell! She plays county/blues and a lot of it is actually pretty sad. Despite it being sad its still beautiful and I was so lucky I got to see her in concert! She's an incredible live performer and id highly recommend if you like that kind of stuff :)

2024 Movies!

I watched more movies this year then any other year I can think of lmaooo. I am NOT a movie person but my boyfriend is so we watched a bunch together :) We watched ALL the Spider-Man movies and lots of Si-Fi and alien movies that were all pretty good! 

2024 games

I did not play many games this year cause I simply had no time loll. but the ones I did play were great! I finished Stray and started Fallout 4 again. I also started The Last Of Us finally haha. I played Cult Of The Lamb for an unhealthy amount of time too loll. and I've gotten pretty far on My Singing Monsters B)

Overall this year wasn't bad! A few pretty sad things that'll take a little more time to fully process but that's life haha. I hope you're year went good and i hope you enjoyed reading this! Merry Christmas and happy New Years!
