on a very real note, while i think both are good, there is only one that can be the best. and personally i think that’s metric’s version. brie larson’s voice is so good but it doesn’t fit the grunge-ish aspect of the song, i feel like her voice is more pop-oriented and doesn’t fit. no shade or hate tho

I love both but I feel like I enjoy Brie Larson’s version a little bit more. It just sounds nicer to me for some reason which I’ve always found a little odd since I adore Metric !! But I definitely agree with what you said about it being more pop oriented!
