WHY ARE PLAYLIST SO HARD TO MAKE!?!?

ive been trying to make myself a nice little playlist to listen to while on the road, etc but for some reason i cant get myself to do so. idk if its just me but i find playlist so hard and frustating to make like OMG I HATE !

its not like i dislike the idea of having a playlist or listening to one, its really the fact of making it that annoys me. i always feel like i cant fully express myslef while making them. music is such a beautiful thing and having to classify and put it inside little boxes is just so hard.

whenever i try to make one im like : "uhg but if i put this song in, ill have to also put this one cause it wouldnt be fair"

and this is especially true with themed palylist. like wydm i have to restrict myself to a single kind of genre or feeling!?

idk if it will make sense for other people or not but idrc... i just wanted to rent about it cause i really want to have some playlist to listen to but i just cant get to wrap my head around the idea of how to put it/make it
