Hey guys it’s joy. Am up super late today just couldn’t sleep. I’ve been feeling kind of depressed the last couple of weeks. Like nothing makes me happy not even doing my favorite things. I hate this feeling so much. Everyday I just feel so drained and just sad. I’ve been barely gotten any sleep these past weeks and idk what to do. I just wanna stop feeling like this. Anyways I’ll give a friend ship update tomorrow like anyone is reading my blogs.

I agree with Shed a switch-up in environments and getting out more helps.
But to add on another suggestion, i think prioritising self-care is also important.
It can look different for everyone, but it could be journaling, coloring(not just for kids-i do it too),
taking a break from your phone/social-media(doesnt have to be full-on cold turkey. Could just be silencing notifs and meditating for 5 mins or drawing w/ music, idk). These are just my suggestions but in my experience, spending less time doom-scrolling helps me when im in a rut.

if you've enough energy, try switching up where you spend your time. for me at least I find its better to be depressed outside on a walk, than depressed in my room.
