I need help plz(VIDLII)

I am a new vidlii content creator and need help. You see I want to be one of the first Vidlii reactors but as i am on a school chromebook i dont know how to 1:Transfer audio from the videos i watch and 2: Make it not blurry. keep in mind i am not able to download anything it all needs to be done on browser(Google chrome). Could you please help me?
