❤Of course, if you are allergic or have any type of intolerance to any of these ingredients, SKIP THEM.
This recipy works very well against mucus and helps me a lot when I can't breathe bc of allergies or when a cold turns into sinusitis.
I'll tell you in advance that this is pretty spicy and may not be very yummy....but it helps. I usually drink it all at once LMAO
❤But yeah, this is the list of ingredients!!
-Ginger. You can use the literal root, or ginger tea bag.
-Green tea. Again, you can use the tea bag.
-Cloves!! Don't go too crazy with them tho.
-Cinnamon
-Black pepper
-Turmeric
-Thyme
-Oregano
You can also make it sweeter with some honey or sugar, but if you already don't like how it tastes (like me) it won't really help.
Also if you don't have all that (or don't want to use it) you can simplify with just ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. I'd still add at least Thyme, but it's up to you and will already help.
❤How I usually prepare it is:
I start boiling water. If i just want one cup for me, then i usually put 2 cups (this is because i don't cover it and part of the water evaporates. I like the smell and it already helps me breathe lol)
For that ration, i use one ginger tea bag, one green tea tea bag, though i usually skip it, 5 cloves, half spoon of cinnamon, just a little bit of black pepper bc it's already spicy enough, half spoon of turmeric, and a spoon of thyme and oregano. Always using a little spoon.
I stir the whole thing very often, practically all the time but I don't think it's necessary, specially if you're sick and tired.
Let it boil softly for 7 minutes approximately, let it cool, and strain it! Then you're done.
It's a remedy that iv'e been using all this year because i get sick pretty easily and it does wonders to me, so i hope it works for you too!
