My Roman Empire

(my first blog idk much what to do here anyways lmao 👾👾 sharing some thoughts)

I want a "My Roman Empire". And I wish I can build one.

My Roman Empire is how the greatest minds in history were all a little disturbed. 

Can you think of an artist who never went mad? A leader who wasn't corrupted? Perhaps a poet who didn't drown in his own words?

Is all the knowledge of this world, so heavy, that the more you gain, the fastest you're driven to insanity?

And if insanity is what I have to embrace, to build MY Roman Empire, I will gladly bleed from my pen staining the snow of the papers beneath with words that cast wars on it, luring every reader who reads it to insanity. Like never. Like forever.

And I wish I wrote the way i thought.

Obsessively. Incessantly. With maddening hunger.

I'd write to the point of suffocation. I'd write myself to nervous breakdowns. Manuscripts spiraling out like tentacles into the abysmal nothings.

And I'd write about everything I desire, which is not mine, a lot more than I should.
