Sometimes, I wonder if being alone means we’re truly by ourselves, or if it’s actually when we’re most connected to who we really are. When we're alone, it’s like everything else fades away—the pressure to meet others’ expectations, the weight of pretending to be something we’re not. In those quiet moments, we can finally hear our own thoughts louder than the noise around us. We’re so used to being constantly connected to others, but how often do we stop and really connect with ourselves? I think it’s in those still, silent moments when everything else quiets down that we can finally ask: “Who am I, really?”
