"You dont dress scene, so you arent scene"

Something i heard before. and it makez me SOOOO MADD WTFFFF

when i first descovered scene culture abt 2 yearz ago, i had NO CLOTHING or ANYTHING that made me look scene, so i went to school and told my friends i was scene anyways, and they were either like "oh okay" Or didn't see it and said something along the lines of whats in the subject :<

it makes me kinda sad and a lil nervous that some ppl feel pressure to "Be a scene kid" and be accepted in the community...when tbh, i beg to argue that scene is rlly flexible in what it can look like!!

some scenes are Just black with one color! maybe animal patterns!

some are VERY BRIGHT AND NEON!!!

some scene girlz or guyz might Wear frilly skirtz!!

or have a lot of accessories!!

but they can also Be really simple and comfy!!

AND SOME ARE RAIIIIIIIINBOOWWWW

point is, i think its dumb some people say that if you dont dress the part, you arent scene.

and even THEN, theres a lot of ways you can do it! if by some chance you are a new scene kid or someone you know is a new scene kid, dont be turned down from these mean scenies that say u have 2 look the part! it just matters on what you like! ^_^
