alternative subcultures and politics

if ur alt in ANY WAY (punk, goth, emo, grunge or anything else) u HAVE TO support the political side of it too subcultures r not JUST abt the fashion and music

that includes things like

-anti fascism

-acab

-anti capitalism 

-anti government in general

-DIY (still insane to me that ppl buy fast fashion and consider themselves alt)

-anti racism / homophobia / transphobia

literally just dont be an awful person

if ur in it just for the fashion then ur a poser (i hate the word poser but its true in this context) idk why its so hard for ppl to understand that,, its such a simple concept

alternative subcultures r BASED IN POLITICS u cannot separate them cuz it "goes against ur beliefs" in any way . just dont be alt if ur not gonna do it right
