Empty (Poem?)

Truly alone.

There is no one by your side

there never have been

No lover no friends and no kin

Just alone.

You look around the empty city

It is as empty as it should be

Life is a lie, and we are the victims of the lie

I look in the countryside and it is empty

as empty as it should be

I look in the woods

But oh, it is empty

I look in the sea 

woah, it's empty

I look in the world

yeah, it's empty

I look in the galaxies

so empty

I look in my heart and it's empty

I look for my soul but I'm empty.

Nothing and no one in sight

it's all empty.
