i love my 3dsXL ^_^ but i have a problem

Recently, i've been starting to use my 3ds more for taking videos and pictures, but i always rlly wanted them on my phone/chromebook. They're memories i wanna make sure i can have for a long time!

i wish there was a way to use the SD card and put it into my phone and out of it, but i think the SD card ALSO includes all the modded games, and i'm not sure how i would organize anything if i get more than one file that ISN'T just my images/videos i took.
