Solarpunk and anarchy

I recently saw this video about solarpunk stuff, and i think he mentions somthin about how solarpunk without the political changes is just green washed cyberpunk, and anarchy kept getting tossed around. How does anarchy work on a large scale?

if they are less people they we do a village sort of thing, but how do we turn a huge populated city into tiny villages without compromising their needs. How are the groups decided ? what if people have different views and they start fighting, how do u maintain order.

Capitalism should be abolished n stuff. Also which technologies get to stay and which don't, cause we obviously need a lot of tech, do phones still need to exist, mabey like qwerty phones or somthin.

Also not a lot of media with this setting, i mean we got a couple of games and ig studio ghibili movies count, and there the monk and robot seires which i still havnt read but other than that, nothin, futuristic except that one yogurt ad.
